On Aug 10 2011 Sara N wrote, ...lack of food. Having enough towels was a luxury. Never had a proper amount. One of the housekeeping staff said that only 2 dryers were working. Some of the staff was nice but some of them were also quite rude when we would have various concerns. Including, bed bugs! On top of all of this, my laptop was stolen! It happened during one of the TWO incidents whr the fire alarm was pulled falsely.

Classy crowd in this joint. Now, for the icing on the cake, wake up Sunday with red itchy bumby arms and neck, now wait for it . yep bed bugs. I'm not really suprised, but a least I won't ever being going back to this dump again. Stay at your own risk.

After informing the hotel and then talking to the G.M. who by the way non chalantly did not take my claim seriously, I sent him pictures!
