On May 19 2011 MarkKC wrote, In April 2011, we stayed at the Hotel Phillips and BROUGHT HOME THEIR BED BUGS! The room was dirty! The bathroom had someone else's hair, the desk was terribly dusty and the floor was wet from, what they said was, routine preventive maintenance! Never received a requested return call from the General Manager! To this date, they refuse to pay for out bed bug removal!
