On May 2 2011 alexa66 wrote, ...Front desk staff are cheerful and helpful. Con: housekeeping is awful. We had a sticky mass on the desk and hairs (you know the sort) in the bathroom. Our neighbours had bedbugs, though it was lucky the front desk staff has huge bags to enclose your luggage for disinfection when you get home. The hotel is also expensive so I would recommend you find somewhere else if you possibly can.

On Dec 26 2009 FreqSETraveler wrote, ...be getting worse, I went to the doctor. Unfortunately, she let me know that I had been bitten by bed bugs. Had to strip everything off my bed, wash all my clothes, etc. I am a very clean person and have never even had lice. This was a very traumatic and expensive ordeal to go through. I know hotels have a lot of people going in and out of them, but there must be some way to deal with/prevent this?!?
