On Nov 27 2012 Charli P wrote, ...TV reception was awful. It reminded me of 25 years ago when cable was new to the country. The phone did not work in my room. The cord had a short. I am a travel agent and I paid a travel agent rate. For that reason only, I gave them an "average" rating. If I had paid the going rate, $65.00 a night, I would give them a "poor" rating. The room was clean, there were no bed bugs and the heat worked.

On Nov 12 2012 I found 2 dead bed bugs in my room in addition to a bugs smashed on the wall. When confronted the manager he said the room had been treated 3 wks prior to our stay on November 2 & 3, 2012! He offered to switch us rooms and we did so. However I was unable to rest in the new room and had a terrible stomach due to the worries of taking any bed bugs home! Before leaving we bagged all clothing and luggage...

On Nov 6 2012 Hotel was in good location, easy access to interstate. Hot tub was broken. However we found out that rooms on the first floor had been infested with bed bugs. Another guest we knew found dead bed bugs in their room. Needless to say this is very unsettling. I never saw a bug my self and certainly hope I do not find any of these at my home. Just beware.

On Jul 17 2012 Bed bugs in Room 120, June 2012. Noticed a few itchy bites on ankle on first night of my stay but thought perhaps a spider or mosquitoes? Second night I woke with many bites and found them crawling all over my sheets. Killed at least five and took several to the front desk. I do not feel the property did enough to compensate me for the aggravation and stress it caused before heading out on a lengthy holiday.
