On Dec 30 2012 Dec. 29th, 2012 We checked in and my husband checked the beds. He found two bedbugs on the mattress in room 204. The manager says he put in new mattresses, but my husband told him, you did not take care of the problem! We asked to be refunded, and left the premises.

On Jul 25 2011 Smith,Gene wrote, During our stay at this hotel in june2011, we were surprise with the bed bug bites all over our body, We had to go through the treatment to cure the problem, when we contacted the management the manager told us they don't have a problem in their hotel, and we were lying to get the money back for our stay, we will never stay at this hotel again.
