On Jun 8 2011 travelor5511 wrote, ...not get manager to reverse charges - forced to file a claim with Montana Human Rights. (I won.) Bed bugs had shut down 1/3 of entire motel complex. Carpets desperately needed cleaning - foot path from door to bed. (and they were worried about my dog?) Motel desk clerk has a pet dog running loose in lobby and kitchen area where breakfast for guests is prepared. Priceline would not stand behind me...
