Others that worked with me rumored having bed bugs, it took two days for the maid to actually clean the room(more than folding dirty towels and put new soaps on top), the hot tub was more a tepid foot bath. The receptionists were kind, but the mice that scurried about lobby were ballsy.

On Oct 24 2010 dy29455 wrote, ...was not. First room was missing shampoo and, as other reviewers state, towels have seen better days. The long hairs wrapped around the toilet seat area were an indication better attention to detail is needed in cleaning. I'm surely searching my body for bed bug bites but finding none, thankfully. Breakfast was better than some places I've stayed at and on the day we stayed, not crowded at all.

The woman at the front counter was "shocked" that we had a problem with bedbugs, since she had never heard that complaint before. Either, Best Western is not doing anything or the front counter lied, either way we won't be staying here again.

Called hotel 2 days later when all of us (3 adults and one toddler) had such bad bites and went to the dr and was confirmed to be bed bugs! The hotel manager didn't seem too worried about it and said she hadn't had any complaints from that particular room before.! No mention of $ refunded either.
