On Aug 2 2012 jacqueline d wrote, ...up covered with bites that I had brought her right to the doctor and I was told she was bitten by bed bugs. I call the hotel and the man that I spoke to told me that they do not have bed bugs and that they are a FIVE star hotel and he didn't want to listen to what I had to say. This one night stay has cost me over $700 between getting a bug company to come an spray her room with special chemicals...

On Sep 20 2011 I have been staying at the hotel in different rooms on and off for the last 6 years. I have never experienced any problems regarding bedbugs at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable! Don't believe everything you read.

On Aug 9 2011 Checked into room and found bugs on the matress along the seam. There were live bugs, hatched shells from bugs and small bugs running along the matress. There were also visible stains on the matress. Reported the finding to the front desk and was moved to another room. That room also had live bugs on the matress.
