The management dismissed them as if they had no concerns and never responded to the complaint with me directly, however, the Richmond County Health Department did respond with a simple call I made to them and they DID FIND BEDBUGS and ordered the room to be stripped and properly treated. I have still to this day not heard a response from management. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

On May 19 2012 Disgruntled wrote, May 17 2012.Hotel has bedbugs.management has NOT cooperated with returning any of the multiple calls to them nor the corporate office which was contacted by telephone as well as by feedback form on the website. Hotel staff was immediately notified and served as witness that bedbugs indeed where present. Incident is on file with the Richmond County Health Department. Stay at your own risk!
