On Oct 5 2011 My wife and I stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving 2010. My wife was bitten several times. We alerted both Hilton and the hotel management. Hilton took our report very serious; however, hotel management seemed indifferent. The hotel is independently owned. I emailed and called several times, often with someone from Hilton Corporate, but we were never given the time of day.
