On May 4 2009 Hampton Inn Raleigh North GM wrote, The Previous report is false this incident NEVER occurred at our property. No one ever came to the desk with a bedbug, we don't have a Front Office Manager and no one here would make the statement "We keep our windows shut" because A: Our windows don't open or shut. and B: Our desk clerks aren't that unprofessional. This posting is either slanderous or the person made a mistake regarding the location....
