On Sep 23 2012 A disappointed Diamond Member wrote, ...soo much hair in the bed. Easily 10 dark hairs in the bed. And I know there is no correlation between hairs and bugs, but I just had a feeling that I wasn't in a room that was well-kept. I was a tad itchy yesterday, but tonight I see 20 or so bites. Both thighs. I checked in just before midnight and left at 5am. Didn't take long. I actually looked under the mattress, but didn't check the lining.

On Aug 4 2012 I spent time in this hotel on June 12, 2012 and had a very itchy break out on my abdomen. I wasn't sure if it was an allergic reaction or bed bugs but it looked like bug bites to me. I called the front desk and I asked to be moved to a different room only to be told they do not have any other rooms available. On Jun 3 2012 I checked into my room and found a bedbug on the bedskirt of the bed. The room was on the 6th floor. I reported it to the front desk and was moved to another room on the 6th floor which appeared to be OK. I was told that they hadn't had this happen before, but the front desk clerk couldn't look me in the eye when she told me this.
