On Oct 24 2012 Chris wrote, October 23, 2012 I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and plug in my phone. Turned the light on and there were bed bugs all over my pillow, bed and sheets. Hotel staff was very apologetic but this place is gross besides that.

On Oct 7 2011 Stayed in room 309 on the 5th and 6th of October 2011. When I got out of bed on the second morning I noticed an adult bed bug crawling next to my pillow. I killed the bug and brought it down to show the manager on duty. He was very polite and thankful that I told him. He said they would take care of the problem. I checked out.

On Apr 25 2011 When checking in at the hotel, I asked the manager about the status of the bed bug situation. He looked at me in disbelief and was rather offended, especially since another patron stepped up to the desk and overheard my question. He assured me there was no bugs in any of the rooms. Upon careful inspection, I had to agree.

On Jan 27 2011 On 1/25/2011, I checked in at this hotel. I started checking for bugs as I typically do at hotels. I looked down on the pillow and found two dead ones and then a third one when I picked up the pillow. The third was alive. I took them to the desk. I wasn't bitten, to my knowledge, but they're at this hotel.

On Nov 19 2010 itchy @ CLT airport Hol Inn wrote, ...and woke up with multiple bites. I reported this to the manager who was extremely defensive, border line rude in fact. I then called the health department. By then, the hotel had removed all bedding, drawers, and began fumigating, so, the health department found no bedbugs. But I can assure you I was definitely bitten by bedbugs according to my doctor. The hotels response to me was outrageous!

On Oct 28 2010 themaxfactor wrote, Stayed at this hotel on Sept. 2, 2010. Woke up next morning with bugs in bed. Front Desk clerk came to the room and took one with her as proof to her General Manager. To this date, I have not heard from hotel. Was off work for a month and still under dr.'s care. Also, a coworker stayed prior to my stay and was bitten as well. Will never stay at this property again.

On Oct 16 2010 Bitten in Bama wrote, I was checking in my room on 26 Sep 2010 and before I got in my room was bitten twice by bugs; once inside my room, there were bugs crawling on the phone-I do not know what the bugs were, but I did not stay there. My co-worker was checking in several rooms down and was also bitten several times-she did not stay there either. The PITS!
