On Nov 25 2011 Beddbughater wrote, We checked in on November 22, 2011. We checked into two rooms and pulled back the covers on the bed and there were bed bugs crawling on the sheets. Then they switched us to another room and there were droppings all on the bed and in between the mattresses.There was evidence of bed bugs in at least 4 rooms. We checked out. The hotel was not aware and it really shocks me because they were very easy to spot.

On Nov 3 2008 MyKidzStink wrote, ...matter because they would still honor the room. Nevertheless, I used the night and was bitten by bed bugs. I saved one as proof. Not looking for money or any type of compensation I called the hotel manager to let her know. The insurance company called me and I explained to them (after they told me that the hotel found no bugs) that I was not looking for anything and I wasnt even sure why they called....
