On Dec 3 2012 Room 212. The one time I don't check for bed bugs upon check in. We were exhausted showered ordered a pizza and were watching tv.lights on when they came out crawling on the bed.I am so upset. What a nightmare.

On Apr 25 2008 wheelspoke wrote, ...looking and had a terrible odor. My son awoke to 3 roaches on his arm and in his bed. When we asked a housekeeper about the roach problem, she said she was not aware of roaches, just the bed bug problem. We were charged over a hundred dollars for the night and the manager did not seem to care about our terrible experience. We did not want our money back, just an apology would have been nice.
