On Dec 17 2012 Found a bedbug crawling on the bed when I layed down. I've been victim of bedbug bites in the past and knew exactly what it was. I put it in a cup and took it to the front desk for a refund. The hotel was not phased by this and never showed any emotion. Don't stay here!

The bed was lumpy as all get out, the bed sheets scratchy as ____. And either one of us could get comfortable at all.
