On Jun 9 2010 ...I gave you the benefit of the doubt that your hotel was clean. Why would you research your bedbug problem if it wasn't a large one? I know BECAUSE YOUR RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME, that "Your room is one of four that have the problem, but yours is the worst." My friend moved out of his room as well because he was recieving bites. I am crushing your hotel for anyone that will potentially come back to Bragg....

On May 19 2010 ...at which point he stated he knew there was a problem as he had been bit as well as killed the bug, however never notified the hotel of a situation. I do want to state the hotel is not infested, one room out of 92 rooms had a problem. As a precaution we take surrounding rooms out of order and treat as well in order to prevent an infestation, however the only room with the problem was in the guests...
