On Jun 27 2011 After staying at the Best Western Plus Las Brisas for three days, I had bed bug bites on my ankles, legs, arms, shoulders, neck, and face.

On Sep 3 2010 Jill wrote, ...manager over 70 bites, but he said I couldn't have gotten them there. Well it's the only place I had been. Then when I reviewed the hotel, I reported this again. BW management sent me an e-mail saying they were not responsible.had never had bed bugs. Because of their attitudes, I will never stay there again. Otherwise, I liked the place. I would have been understanding had they been sympathetic.

On Jun 27 2009 Amy wrote, ...that is farthest back, away from the street, and we stayed on the first floor. When I awoke in the morning, there was a bedbug on me. I immediately killed it, and then identified it by looking online at bedbugs. I called the front desk to report it, and they seemed genuinely shocked. They comped the room and asked if I could save the bug for them to see, as they had never seen one before.
