On Oct 31 2011 We saw and caught an adult bedbug crawling across one of our bedspreads, and brought it to the front desk. The management did not dispute that it was a bedbug. Later the management tried to say that we brought it in. (must be the script for this sort of thing) I see that there was another report from the 2nd floor in this hotel a month ago, so it sounds like there is a problem. We were very dissatisfied...

On Sep 19 2011 Woke up this a.m. took a shower and noticed one crawling on my pajamas. I checked my ipone and it was one. We looked in the bed and found another squished one. I wonder if this is why I could not sleep well at all! Waiting on a return call from general manager as I type this, to get a refund.
