On Jan 13 2011 On Nov. 28th 2010 I checked in to your hotel after my father was admitted to Creighton Hospital. I checked under the mattress and found MANY bedbugs. And they weren't hard to see. After reporting this to the desk, she sure didn't seem surprised. The desk clerk's attitude, at my request to check out, was uncaring, to say the least. If Creighton hospital is going to give out discounted vouchers for relatives...
