On May 24 2012 check in on 05/22/12 found bed bug on bed on second floor room. last report of bugs were on first floor.

It is a continuous problem, and they deny it an will do nothing about it! The sheets look like they are not washed just shaken out and put back on. It is filthy!

On Aug 26 2011 JKL wrote, 8/22-8/26/11. Found bedbugs on both beds on last morning of stay. Two in bed I was using, one on bed where my luggage was. Now have to treat all my clothes from the trip, my luggage, etc. before it goes to my home. Informed front desk staff of problem, but don't know what they plan to do for treatment, or when.
