On Sep 15 2010 Our flight was canceled and the airline put us up in this hotel. I thought because it was newer that it would be fine. Wrong! Some of the people in our group were stuck in the elevator, the phone in there worked but only if you slammed on the buttons for help. Another person in our group found bed bugs in their bed. Management didn't seem to concerned. My advice, steer clear. 9/14/10
