Feared bed bugs, etc. Stuck the night out and tried to laugh, but will never, ever stay here again. Do not waste your money here, no matter how good the rate. The Best Western headquarters should be notified and ashamed of their name on this absolutely disgusting, ill-run property.

After entering both rooms, I pulled back the sheets to check for bedbugs - no bedbugs, but the box springs had lots of human hairs on them, so obviously the covers of the box springs and the dust ruffles had not been removed or washed in a long time.
