On Dec 14 2011 Tracy wrote, We disagree with the report of bed bugs at our location as written by Kim Duchene (stay dates June 2011 room 332.) Kim Duchene was never a guest at the Best Western Plus Pavilions hotel,and we do not have a room number 332. It is possible that she stayed at another Best Western located on Katella Ave, but not at this property. Therefore we ask that you please remove this fraudulent complaint regarding...

On Jun 17 2011 Kim Duchene wrote, Room 332 woke up with bites all over - tell tale bed-bug bite pattern :( myself and my 3 kids - my husband never gets bit by anything we think cause he chews and smokes. We let them know and promptly asked if we wanted our room comped (sp?) which we declined but the way they acted we think they know. I can provide pictures - it's definitely bed bugs.
