On Nov 29 2010 dds93 wrote, we stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend for a wedding. the hotel manager was very rude and the room had hair all over the bathroom and all over the sheets! The sheets were dirty we came in the room. One of our friends had bad beg bug bites all over their face and body! They never had towels and there was no hot water ever! the pillows smelled so bad! DO NOT STAY HERE!

On Sep 8 2009 happy_miss wrote, ...The cleaning service was bad - we were 4 but only had 2 towels even on our 2nd day of stay. We asked for room service of wine, the front desk just literally said "we don't have such thing". My friend came back with red spots all over her - we thought it was an allergic reaction - turns out bedbugs from the hotel bit her while she slept. I would never ever go back to any BW hotels ever again.
