On Oct 16 2011 Stayed in room 1512 Oct 13,2011 Awoke in middle of night being bitten by bed bug. Found several more on bedding and notified front desk who transferred us to another room immediately. On Jun 27 2011 Found a live bed bug and blood spot on my bed. When I showed management the bedbug (caught it live)they were so unsurprised by the finding, they certainly know this is an issue. I didn't expect bedbugs here because otherwise this is a very clean place; really nice hotel. On Oct 21 2010 The hotel looked really nice as we were walking through it. Everyone was very nice to us. When I got into the room, I started checking the beds for bed bugs. THERE WERE BEDBUGS CRAWLING AT THE FOOT OF THE BEDS! I stayed on the seventh floor. This happened on 10/16/10.
