On Dec 19 2011 hopeforman wrote, ...dryer was essentially useless. The desk phone didn't work and the remote stopped working the second night. I wanted to speak to the manager the next day but alas no manager on site. Forget about dialing zero or ringing the front desk half the time. No response. For our troubles the desk did issue a comp for the breakfast which I felt was very good. No bed bugs it seems and place seemed clean.

On Oct 25 2010 NJTraveler11 wrote, My room was infested with bed bugs. I found multiple, adult, fully engorged bed bugs. Hotel management failed to notice the big infestation before giving me the room. I had to discard most of my belongings and waste countless hours making sure that I did not bring the pest into my apartment.
