On Sep 12 2012 Shay0724 wrote, ...to be clean with friendly front desk service. Our most recent stays this year have left us with bed bug bites, inconsistent billing and bed sheets that are not white anymore. The staff at the front desk do not seem happy to be there - definitely not the level of service and cleanliness the hotel once provided. Have written to the General Manager regarding my recent stays, and awaiting a response....

On May 13 2011 I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield Park on a business trip on 5/11/11. Immediately I noticed the room had a stale feeling to it. After waking, I noticed small red marks on different areas of my body. I became increasingly itchy over the next two days to the point where I have not slept. Almost unbearable and the thought of it is just disgusting. Still waiting to hear back from management.
