On Nov 2 2012 Woke up with bed bug bites in three spots and my girlfriend did as well. She also developed quite the rash from her bites.

On Nov 2 2012 D C wrote, ...and also filled with construction workers staying there which made for an interesting restaurant scene. Also the next morning we woke up with several BED BUG bites. I've tried to email customer service to look into this problem but no one has gotten back to me. I advice you not to stay there until they work this issue out. These bites are super itchy and take quite a while to go away.

On Oct 23 2012 Megan wrote, On 10/21/2012 as I was packing my belongings away in room 251 I discovered a bedbug crawling on the sheets of the bed I just slept in. I reported it to the front desk who did not offer any advice or sympathy. I have spoken to the GM and was treated quite poorly. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My next complaint will be with the Department of Health.

On Oct 14 2012 I stayed at this hotel on the nights of October 8-12, 2012 in Room 432 and got bitten by bed bugs each night. I did not realize that the bites were from bed bugs until the third night (after my colleagues compared the bites to examples on the internet). I reported it to the front desk, but do not believe any actions were taken.

On Aug 27 2012 Gator wrote, Stay at hotel the nights of August 21 and 22 in room 456. Got bug bits both nights. Informed the front desk on both mornings after also call manager after departure. No concerns from hotel and appears to action taken. Have filed complaint with Holiday Inn.
