Found bedbugs and brought it to the hotel's attention but told me they did not find bedbug problem to be in existence in our room. The manager's comment "We gave you your free room so whatever! " The ironic thing is I'm a 35 year pest management professional-a bedbug specialist infact . If you chooses this hotel be ready for whatever.

On May 14 2009 jerseygirl454 wrote, Comfortable and clean hotel. I would have given it a great review had I not discovered a mouse in my room the morning of check out. I asked to be reimbursed for my stay but was offered a $30 off coupon for a future stay. I suppose roaches or bed bugs would have been worse but mice in hotel rooms are totally unacceptable as well in my opinion! I highly doubt I'd stay at this holiday inn again, though...
