On Jul 11 2011 'anonymous' wrote, Walked in room smelled awful! Mildew smell and dark ring around in shower looks like culprit of mildew smell. Attempted to use toilet handle broke. Called front desk and said call in a.m. Also attempted to call 800# was transfered 3 times and stated nothing they can do. No bedbugs found looked under matress . My family and I r checking out and going to find another hotel for next night stay!

On Jun 29 2011 roma wrote, Stayed at the Hotel june 3rd 2011 for 2 nights, no bed bugs but we had ants in the first room 419 we went down to the front desk, then they moved us to room 519, and there was a problem with ants again in that room, as we walked in the room (519)we found ants running around on the white bed. so we went down again to the front desk and they moved us again to room 530,we didn't found any ants or bedbugs...

On Jun 17 2011 Minor issue (no cold water) so we been transfert to another room. I had the opportunity to search in those two rooms for bugs under the matress, arround the bed head, in the toilet, etc. No bugs found and I stayed in that hotel for the last 4 days. - 06 / 16 / 2011

On Dec 2 2010 John Dean wrote, Stayed recently for NY Marathon, upon check-in we asked front desk about bed bugs and they show us the their pesticides report for not having bed bugs in hotels. Still for our satisfaction we searched for the bed bugs under the mattress and linens but we didnt find anything and we had very pleasant stay with very friendly staff.

On Nov 3 2010 Stayed here on 11/1/2010 and did not encounter any bed bugs. Searched the sheets and mattress-both were clean. Still took necessary precautions based on other reports.

On Sep 11 2010 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed; bed bugs on all; 5 occupants, all bitten and itchy! we bought bed bug spray so we could have a peaceful short stay. It worked for a bit and then we saw more bed bugs.
