On Oct 19 2012 Leo wrote, I lived in the hotel in Sept 2012 for three days in the hotel. And I found the bed bugs in the mattress. I reported this to the front desk. And they changed my room upon my request. It is better to bag all your belongings during your stay in this holel.

On Jul 8 2012 lootuarez wrote, ...my room due to the group discount because the rooms were like something in a Motel 6 (no fridge, really old, not kept up) and definitely not worth the normal $150 plus fee they charge. I don't know what their pillows have but they were so itchy I at one point thought my room had fleas or bed bugs. Only thing I would recommend would be the spa and pool everything else at this hotel was horrible.
