On Nov 1 2011 I stayed at this hotel in August 2011. Since I prepaid through a travel website for a few days, I felt bound by it. The first room I was put into was crawling with bed bugs. Managements didn't seemed surprised, moved me to another room. I only stayed an additional night but had a very uncomfortable sleep. The hotel, overall, is rather dirty. Avoid it. Bedbugs exist.

On Oct 26 2011 Dilbert wrote, Our group of seniors from NH stayed there in late September while touring NYC. One couple in the group had bed bugs in their room. They showed me the sheets with blood from the bites. I checked on Trip Advisor and others have reported the same. This hotel is used by tour groups and sports groups and the cleanliness is not up to expected standards.
