IN CONCLUSION: I personally would not stay here again, but if you are desperate and need a room for one night then it is ok. The only thing keeping me from giving this hotel 1 star is because the room was not filthy and there were no bed bugs.

After this experience with the front desk and the attitude we received each time we had to have them fix our key cards, we felt it was not worth the hassle to complain about the room. As I said, there were positives and negatives but the hotel did in the end serve it's purpose. No bed bugs, close to the airport, great shuttle service and easy access to NYC.

The 2nd night I woke up in the middle of the night to make a conference call, with my customer in Asia, that's when I noticed there are a lot of bed bugs and fleas (two different types) on me and the bed.
