Fortunately we didn't have any signs of bedbugs as others have reported-still taking precautions to make sure we didn't bring any home. On a positive note,the pool area was clean, and the complimentary breakfasts buffet had adequate choices.

On Jun 2 2011 We were there for a wedding over Memorial Day weekend.the wedding was perfect the bedbugs were a disaster! Vidoes were taken with cell phones to prove there were bedbugs (and loads of sinkbugs) because the management did not believe us!.Then the housekeeping lady said "well, there's only a few". Are you kidding me? They also said the manager would speak to us.lie.lie.lie.there is NO manager on site.

On May 29 2011 On 5/28/11 my mother and I shared a room. It was room 308. I dont know what made me wake up but when I did there was a bug crawling right in front of my face near my pillow. I trapped it under a glass and took pictures of it and then googled images to confirm it was one. It WAS. The hotel refunded us the money for the room and was very understanding. Needless to say I did not go back to sleep that...

On Dec 16 2010 ...hip and legs). It was multiple bites at each site. I went to the doctor and he confirmed it was bed bugs. I spoke with the manager and he told me that he would check into it with an exterminator. He called me the next day and told me that the room was fine (they didn't find any evidence). I'm not convinced. If you look at my body, it would tell you otherwise. I will never stay at this hotel again.

On Nov 14 2010 ...entire room, and found nothing. I still put all my clothing in a xl zip lock bag and left it in the shower, (until I showered of course). The hotel, without a doubt, needs a total upgrade, I found no bugs what so ever. I most likely will not stay here again, but not because of bugs, but because for the money, it was not a deal. The hotel needs to be in better condition to pay the price we paid.

On Nov 10 2010 We stayed here the weekend of Nov 6, 2010. We made a thorough inspection of the bed, headboard, wall (behind bed) and the curtains. Although this took us about 45 min, we did not find any evidence of bed bugs. We had no bites in the days that followed. However, we took precautions by keeping our clothes sealed in plastic bags and hanging our clothes in the bathroom.

On Oct 13 2010 Checked in on Friday, October 8, 2010. That very night, as I took the bedcover off to go to sleep, I found several ROACHES walking all over the mattress. I packed and went to the front desk to check out as soon as this happened. The front desk employee refused to give us a credit, instead, he went ahead and charged my credit card and did not apologize for having pests.
