On Oct 1 2010 the first thing i did when i got to our room was pull down the covers and check the sheets. sure enough there were bugs and small brown spots on them. not suprising though. the room was filthy. the bathroom floor had boot prints on it, the surfaces were smeared like a cleaner wasnt even used and there was cereal on the floor. perfect breeding ground for bugs.

On Oct 5 2004 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, Booked 3 rooms for the Balloon Fiesta reported the bedbugs on the first (Friday) night after being bitten all over my body-was assured by Uman that they'd take care of it. The manager, Bobby Patel, never contacted me but since Uman said they would clean and spray I thought it would be o.k. On Oct 5 2004 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, WARNING: BED BUGS! Rooms 101, 103 and 107 Manager Bobby Patel not responsive. Desk clerks seem nervous about helping. Toilet had a stain at the bottom of the bowl, a long hair found in the bed on the sheet. Marks on the wall where bugs were squashed.
