On Feb 7 2012 T D wrote, Terrible! Woke up at 6 am to a bug crawling on my forehead. Then when security came to check the room there was one spotted on the pillow. We killed it and there was blood from when it fed earlier. When we asked them if they have had a bug bed epidemic they said "No". They are liars! Looking at previous reviews this has been an issue at this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE!

On Oct 6 2011 Heven G wrote, I had went in aug to celebrate my dads b-day and had 2 rooms. They were infested with "BEDBUGS". They hiked a ride with us back home, our homegot infested. We went back for a 4 night stay, thinking all of their rooms cannot be infested, well we were wrong the 3 rooms they had assigned me too was infested. "Be aware" ofthe "BEDBUG" infestation in Laughlin. They are everywhere. Restrooms, dining areas...

On Sep 14 2009 tabby2009 wrote, ...The outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the lamps didn't work. The towel stunk like chemicals. The soap they had was suppose to be all natural (not). The service for drinks was awful. Got bit by some thing (maybe bed bugs ) and had an allergic reaction. It looks rundown and stunk. They should do some remodeling and think of their guest more. Especially for such as an event like a wedding.
