On Jun 4 2012 Amber L wrote, ...room service woman walk past several rooms before turning and entering the ONE room with the "do not disturb" sign, then rushing out after the occupants yelled at her. We shrugged most of this off because we love the casino and the Harvest Cafe, but then. Packing up our stuff to leave, my husband noticed BED BUGS in the bed we had slept in. GROSS! That was the final straw. We will not be back!

On May 14 2011 bedbugs99 wrote, Room was hot and stuffy, air not working. Turned back sheets and found Bed Bug. Called front desk, night Mgr and 2 Security came, pulled back mattress and found a lot more critters. We checked out, got a refund. Went to Peppermill, got a beautiful room, great bed for $30 less money.
