On Oct 2 2011 On September 22, we found a bed bug in room 112, reported it to the front desk. Confirmed by a maintenance man.

On Jun 15 2011 June 2011, on business trip. Woke up scratching. When I opened my eyes and cut on the light, I noticed a bed bug crawling across my pillow. I killed it! Call front desk, and was helped by one female staff member who provided plastic bags to wrap my clothes (as a preventive measure),and transferred my room.
