On Oct 27 2012 Mcapo19 wrote, ...to come up. She basically threw an incident report at us and tried walking out of the room with no further explanation (besides asking if she should call 911; because she had to ask). My husband had to ask her "what do we do now!" She went on to say that the hotel has had some infestation of ladybugs (yes, ladybugs REALLY!?) and there was nothing else the hotel could do. On Sep 3 2011 ...left side of my face. I didn't know what was going on since my bumps slowly progressed during my stay. Crown Plaza management has been nothing but apologetic and have offered to pay for all my dry-cleaning, and purchase of a new suitcase, etc. After I checked out, my room was inspected and it was confirmed that I had bed bugs in my room. It was a very disgusting, annoying, and painful experience.

On Apr 1 2009 Crowne Plaza Hotel White Plains Downtown wrote, Rm 202 First night I was bitten by a bedbug. Caught the bug and made sure security photographed the bug and my hand which was red and swelling from the bites. Moved me to another room but seemed unconcerned and offered me a breakfast coupon for the inconvenience. Didn't sleep at all. and Checked out immediately in the morning.
