On Sep 4 2010 Maria wrote, Stayed from 8/30/10 until 9/4/10. Started noticing bites on 8/31/10 by the end of the stay had over 30 bites on upper torso area. Manager claimed he never had a report of bed bugs previously. Well, he does now.

On Jul 30 2006 rangeroon wrote, ...bath towels I have ever seen. The end table had an obvious layer of dust on it. I was afraid of bugs, but fortunately, aside from a dead one on the bathroom floor which was very prominent, meaning probably no one had cleaned the floor, there were no bedbugs or other insects that we saw or were bitten by. Our advice: find anywhere else to stay in San Rafael, even if you have to pay a little more.
