On Jul 18 2012 I went on a quick trip and only stayed at this one motel for one night. When I got home I started to notice numerous bites, mostly in patterns of three. I am positive I got bitten by bed bugs at this motel. A call to the motel was met by repeated denials and absolutely no help. Stay elsewhere!

On Jan 9 2012 Three coworkers and I had rooms at this hotel. One of my coworkers found a bedbug in his room. Because of my job I have a higher level of expertise when it comes to bed bugs than most people (lucky me). I examined his room and there was evidence of a past problem in the form of staining on the wall next to the head board. On Dec 19 2011 Bed bug found on 12/6/11. Hotel management staff would not refund the money despite their 100% Hampton guarantee which states "if you are not satisfied, we don't expect you to pay."

On Dec 14 2011 A bed bug was found on 12/6/11 in a room. I went to the front desk staff to report the problem. This hotel would not refund the money for the room even though they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee which states " if your not satisfied, we don't expect you to pay." The hotel management was contacted again, and they still would not refund the money for the room.
