On Nov 1 2011 MrsRamirez9510 wrote, ...morning and refused to get hot except for a few seconds during my shower where I was scaulded. The continental breakfast had travel coffee cups but no tops to them: useless. When I asked the front desk about a cab he told me "sure they're outside just grab one". Famous last words. The only silver lining: checked thoroughly.no bed bugs. I guess that's all you can ask for in a NYC hotel nowadays.

We were concerned about bed bugs and cleanliness of the room after hearing horror stories from other hotels in the area. We searched the room for any bed bugs and found none.
