On Oct 24 2011 The incident took place on Saturday, 10/15 around 1 am in the morning. We stayed in Room 313, which was a 2 Queen Bedroom Executive Suite. Bed bugs were found in both queen beds and also on the pull-out sofa bed. We contacted the hotel front desk and advised them of the bugs and they immediately moved us to room 411 which was also a 2 Queen Bed Executive Suite. Upon a thorough inspection of all the...
