I am pleased to say that we DID NOT encounter any critters (bed bugs, roaches, etc.) but if they don't improve their cleaning standards, it will just be a matter of time before they have to deal with this type of thing. On Jun 20 2012 donnajestes wrote, ...variety, small dining room, but you can take food back to your room. Elevators are a joke, only 2 elevators for 35 floors and 1 broke, but was fixed same day, waits were long regardless. No bedbugs were spotted, altho we did spray for them. Hotel was clean, and staff were pleasent. All negetives were easy to deal with, just seemed alot worse after the camera incident, left a sour taste for me.

On Jun 18 2012 ame079 wrote, ...is not in time square but the walk is not far at all. The rooms are pretty small which for NY we expected. The beds were comfortable and there were no bed bugs from what we saw. So even though I'm still not happy with the camera situation, I can still recommend the hotel itself. It is comfortable and a good location for the price with comfortable beds and good breakfast. Just watch your stuff.
