Since people don't know hotel's name when they book , it's a lot risk to book with Hotwire. Shouldn't Hotwire consider customer's needs? Do people want to stay in a haunted hotel or hotel with bedbugs(not this hotel)? Personally , I will not book any room from them anymore.
