On Apr 1 2008 ar927 wrote, ...were the pillows, and the tv/cable channels offered were few. My main problem was waking up with BUG bites on my back (5)! I'm pretty sure they were bed bugs, so I changed rooms. I only got 2 more bites for the 4 remaining nights there, but the first room I stayed in was definitely infested. If they could get this under control, it would be much more satisfactory, but I still probably wouldn't stay...

On Nov 25 2006 ChristineFunk wrote, the hotel is nicely furnished, and the Aveda Bath Products and Frette linens do add a nice touch BUT there was one major issue during my 10 day stay there: BED BUGS. Try to avoid room 925, they are there. After counting 40 bites I had them change me to another room , but then I decided to simply change hotels. Naturally, the concierge claims to never have had any complaints of this kind.
