On Sep 2 2012 I stayed at this motel after having surgery nearby. I woke up with multiple bites from bed bugs, that are now big, red, angry, and itchy! I checked under the mattress and saw several live bugs. When I pinched one, a big blob of blood came out of it. MINE! I find this disgusting, especially since they had previous complaints. I informed management, not knowing they had this problem before. How dare...

On Jun 16 2011 Kim9quilts wrote, We had three rooms rented and each one was dirty, each with it's own issues. In one room the dirty toilet hadn't been flushed. Ashes were left in an ashtray. We didn't want to walk on the floor in our socks or especially not barefooted-had a grimey look to it. Upon further inspection, dead bedbugs were found in our matress seam! It was horrible.
