Restaurant was good. Mac and cheese, the best I've ever had, but pricey.room needed some repairing, not very clean, was looking for bedbugs in the mattress, thankfully none found. On Oct 23 2011 Beverly P wrote, ...side tables. The elevators minimal and you wiat long periods to go to your room. The lobby scene is transient and tacky. Every aspect of this hotel is worn, and reeks of grime. I recommend you avoid at all cost. Lesson learned. The staff response= "well we are near time square" thus all issues must be excused due to location. I made a BiG mistake going here. I hope I did not bring home bed bugs.
