When I went to the front desk to be moved (at midnight), they put me in a new room for the night, but the best management could do to make up for the experience was to upgrade me to one of their jr. suites for the remainder of my stay and discount my first night by $30....

On Aug 18 2011 My family stayed there from 07/12-07/17/2011. After first night, we all noticed small bites in the areas that were not covered by clothing. By the third night, everyone had a least a few dozen or more bites in the common bed bug bite pattern (breakfast,lunch, dinner pattern). We noticed that the two beds boxsprings had rips in them and this is where the bugs were hiding.

On Jul 19 2011 Woke up after the first night with three bug bites in a row. By third night, had more bites on arms, back, legs and face all in clusters of 3. My children also woke up with similar pattern bites.
